First of all THANK YOU, for a fantastic year we enjoyed in 2019! Our passenger volume increased by 20%, most of them new members to our ever growing cruise family!
The outlook is even brighter as more and more customers, Travel Agents and Partners, recognize the value of our products and the extreme effort we put into making every one of our passengers expectations come true!
Our growth is, of course, partly due to the new digital age and the availability of the internet where product reviews, comparisons and past passenger comments are both transparent and instantly available! Our policy of showing actual photos and raw videos of our ships and products (most taken by our own staff) is very much appreciated by our clients because they can see and review exactly what to expect – no glossing over, no upselling – what you see is what you get!
We especially appreciate the feedback that we get from our clients, both good and bad, as they help us continue to improve our products wherever possible. In that regard,
we are proud to introduce new and/or improved vessels such as the “Crucebelle’ renovated in 2019, that will be sailing the Dutch and Belgian Waterways (see Timeless Tulips). Along the Rhine, our boutique “Crucevita” will be getting a second upgrade this coming winter, where upper A deck cabins will be completely renovated to feature new furniture and beds that can be adjusted into queens or 2 twins! Finally, we are especially excited about our Russian Cruises, which will feature the “Moonlight Sonata” with newly renovated twin cabins and a whole upper deck featuring Junior Suites and single cabins – all with large private balconies!
